The most important feature of these fabrics is that both sides are smooth and both sides of the fabric can be used. Baby bottoms, singlets, pajamas and many clothes can be produced from interlock fabrics that are knitted in a tight structure and can be knitted from all kinds of fibers. The most commonly used yarn type is 100% cotton, it is also frequently produced with cotton/polyester and viscose.
